In order to inspire a generation you need to first listen to them, throughout our time working with young people we have often been asked the question
“HOW ON EARTH DID YOU MANAGE TO GET THIS YOUNG PERSON TO DO THAT?”
Or heard the phrase
‘I CANT BELIEVE THAT SUCH AN SUCH IS GETTING INVOLVED IN THAT”
OR we have seen organisations attempt to do the same things that have failed to engage with young people and get the same results. We often hear their frustration at not being spoken to or listened too.
THE TWMAD APPROACH
Engaging effectively with youngsters in any arena requires skill and at TWMAD, we have worked over many years to develop our communication skills to help us to speak with, listen to and achieve fantastic results when working with them.
TWMAD works with Organisations, Communities, Schools, Businesses, Local Authority & Housing to implement approaches and tactics which help them to better understand the young people that they wish to work with. As a result they are able to build rapport and develop the key relationships to help them to meet their objectives. It also ensures that the actions that they wish to take when working with young people are relevant and marketed correctly.
