TWMAD Mentor and Coach Rosie

Support for local authorities and educators to re-engage the young people others struggle to reach

We work with young people who are struggling to engage with traditional care and education services, helping to create stability, reduce risk, and build positive pathways forward.

Skills to tackle the challenges at the fore front of young people’s lives

Many of the young people referred to TWMAD are facing complex challenges. These may include:

  • Risk of exclusion from education
  • Placement instability or breakdown
  • Criminal or child exploitation
  • Persistent absence and disengagement
  • Emotional and behavioural challenges
  • Negative peer influences
  • Safeguarding concerns

Often, support has been tried before without achieving lasting results.

We work alongside schools, families, social care teams, and other professionals to help young people regain stability, reduce risk, and reconnect with positive opportunities.

Built from Lived Understanding and Real-World Experience

TWMAD was founded by Trevor Molloy and Marvin Molloy with a single, shared vision: to provide the right influence at the exact moment a young person needs it most.

They knew that many young people don’t lack ability, they lack timely, positive guidance. Having experienced these challenges firsthand, they were driven to ensure the next generation receives that vital clarity much sooner.

Two Paths, One Shared Direction

The foundations of TWMAD were built in 2015 when Marvin and Trevor decided to bring their distinct but complementary worlds together.

Meet Marvin

Rooted deeply in community development, Marvin focused on helping people take ownership of their situations. His natural ability to engage young people, build genuine trust, and unlock their hidden potential quickly stood out.

Meet Trevor

Shifting from high-performance environments—spanning banking, leading sales teams, and launching national campaigns—Trevor understood how to navigate pressure. Following time spent in South Africa, and drawing on his experiences as an international DJ, he wanted to apply his coaching mindset far beyond the business world.

Combining Force for Lasting Change

By uniting Marvin’s deep community engagement with Trevor’s structured coaching and experience with high-pressure environments, they built a framework designed to reach young people who others may be close to giving up on.

Together, they created TWMAD to deliver:

  • Real-world experience that meets young people exactly where they are.
  • Strong communication that establishes deep, lasting trust.
  • Structured coaching that builds long-term confidence, direction, and self-belief.
