TWMAD mentor and owner Marvin Molloy

Marvin Molloy – Director

As one of the co-founders of TWMAD, Marvin brings his years of experience in community support to pushing TWMAD to provide better, more comprehensive support.

As a youth and community development specialist, Marvin is passionate about changing the lives of young people through intervention and action. He believes that every young person deserves a shot at a bright future – one that they can both visualise and achieve.

Marvin works directly with TWMAD’s young people, mentoring, coaching, and teaching in order to empower the new generation. But his experience has taught him that positive change requires both immediate direct action and careful planning in the long-term.

Alongside mentoring and working within the TWMAD Academy, Marvin is always on the lookout for ways to capitalise on new opportunities to support the community – from improving available resources to collaborating with partner charities and organisations.

Thierry - Mentor

Hi, I’m Thierry.

I’m a Youth Worker and Mentor at TWMAD, and I’m passionate about helping young people recognise their potential and make positive choices for their future.

Health and wellbeing are a big part of my life. I enjoy keeping active, regularly going to the gym, and, if I’m honest, I have a huge appetite to match! I also have a real passion for music and believe it has an amazing way of bringing people together, building confidence, and creating positive experiences.

Being part of TWMAD allows me to combine my passions with supporting young people every day. I pride myself on building genuine relationships, being someone young people can trust, and helping them overcome challenges while celebrating their successes.

I’m proud to be part of a team that’s committed to inspiring a generation.

TWMAD Mentor and Coach Rosie

Rosie Bradley - Mentor

Rosie has worked with children and young people throughout her career and brings a caring, nurturing and relationship-led approach to every session. Her own experiences of struggling within education help her understand how isolating it can feel when a young person does not receive the support they need. Rosie uses the PACE approach to build genuine, trusting relationships and creates sessions that are supportive, engaging and responsive to the individual. She is qualified in Children’s Learning and Development and has completed training across safeguarding, exploitation awareness, paediatric first aid, emotionally based school avoidance and professional recording. Her patience and consistency help young people feel safe enough to open up, build confidence and recognise their progress.

Dec - Mentor

Declan is a bright, cheerful and outgoing mentor who is passionate about helping children and young people recognise their potential and achieve their goals. He originally planned to become a paediatric nurse, but after beginning work with TWMAD, he discovered how much he enjoyed mentoring and decided to make supporting young people his profession. In many ways, TWMAD helped Dec find his own direction, and he now wants to help young people do the same.

Dec’s approach is positive, adaptable and centred around building genuine relationships. He enjoys discovering what makes each young person tick and uses humour, conversation and shared activities to help them feel comfortable being themselves. While always ready to have a laugh and get involved, Dec also understands the importance of consistency, clear boundaries and honest conversations. One of his proudest experiences was supporting a young person with significantly restricted mobility through their physiotherapy exercises and seeing them regain the ability to walk sooner than expected a powerful reminder that the greatest achievements can begin with small steps.

Declan holds a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care, achieved with Triple Distinction, alongside a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Public Services. His studies and previous paediatric nursing training have strengthened his understanding of care, communication, teamwork and individual needs. Outside of work, he enjoys socialising, going to the gym, swimming, listening to music and gaming. He is motivated by every sign of progress, whether it is a major achievement or simply seeing a young person open up, accept a challenge or enjoy a genuinely positive day.

“Faint heart never won fair lady.”
