Interested in joining the TWMAD team?

We are always interested in hearing from positive, reliable and passionate people who believe in the potential of young people.

Our mentors work directly with children and young people who may be facing challenges with education, behaviour, emotional wellbeing or life at home. Through trusted relationships, meaningful activities and structured behaviour-change work, they help young people build confidence, recognise their strengths and take positive steps forward.

We are looking for mentors who are approachable, resilient and able to connect with young people without judgement. You will need to be consistent, communicate well and bring the energy and creativity required to make every session count. Experience of working with young people is valuable, but character, life experience and the ability to build genuine relationships are equally important.

Joining TWMAD can be more than taking on a mentoring role. We want people to develop alongside us, with opportunities to build their experience, undertake training, deliver specialist programmes, support more complex cases and progress towards senior, project coordination and leadership responsibilities as the organisation continues to grow.

If you want to use your skills, interests and lived experience to make a meaningful difference and become part of a supportive team committed to helping young people succeed we would love to hear from you.
