When a young person’s behaviour, circumstances or wellbeing have reached the point where immediate support is needed, we step in quickly to reduce risk, rebuild engagement and help create the stability needed for longer-term plans to succeed.
When things are close to breaking down, the right support at the right time can prevent the situation escalating further. Make a referral and we will help identify the most appropriate response.
